Highly recommended. I called for conversion from springs to a “torsion” spring ’cause my door was very noisy (the springs scraped the door rails). Because of the configuration of the door and the garage ceiling they would have had to do a more expensive replacement of the track. Lots of work and money.

The tech offered a good solution that eliminated the noise. He replaced the springs, tightened all the bolts and stuff and presented a very fair price. I got a quote to replace the door (it was less than I thought it would be) and I plan to hire them next year to do just that.
